LinID Directory Manager 1.0 released

LinID DM 1.0 was released today, to set our different artifact version and start the migration to Tapestry 5.3, planned for version 2.0.

LinID DM 1.0 is the collection of the following artifacts:
  • authorization 0.8
  • core 1.3
  • linid-dm-parent 1.0
  • sample 0.8
  • wui 0.8

LinID DM compatible with Windows servers

Latest LinID Directory Manager is now fully runnable under a Windows environment.

You can try it through the latest build file

LinID Directory Manager sample application downloadable

To complete the demonstration availibility, you will find the downloadable archive with an embedded installer at the following location :
download section

With this installer, you can try LinID Directory Manager in 5 minutes on any Unix system (either Linux or Unix) with a Sun JDK6. Just start the wizard and follow the different sections. Then start it through the linid-dm.sh provided script and go to http://localhost:8080/ to try the administrative interface with the "jdoe" account with "secret" password.

LinID Directory Manager application will be shortly available, but for now you can test the sample at the following location : http://build.linid.org/linid-dm-snapshot/ with either jdoe (administrator) or jsmith (user) as login and secret as password.

Old InterLDAP moving to LinID Directory Manager SVN (1 comment)

Because LINAGORA, LinID Directory Manager editor has now its own forge and build system, old InterLDAP project has been moved today to http://svn.linid.org/svn/linid-dm/

Further development will be done on this SVN and will remain distributed under Affero GPL v3 license.
