The default value of modifersname for memberof overlay should be removed

I tested the creation of all overlays.
All was correct but:
- dyngroup need to add manually the matching schema file
- ppolicy too, but the ppolicy schema is not available as an ldif file, so ppolicy not tested for the moment
- pcache needs to be fixed, the attribute names are not correct

Fixes from #75 made pcache to work.
Ppolicy works with the attached ldif.
